Technical books for IT Engineering & Architecture

IT technical books are, by and large, in English, which is why most of the books here are in English as well. This list is not intended to be comprehensive or a good directory but rather lists the books that I have looked at or read.

However, since I am very interested in IT engineering and architecture, most of the books revolve around this topic.

Extremely good book.

Unfortunately, very superficial and more at the beginner level. Not what I had hoped for.

Designing Distributed Systems
by Brendan Burns
O’Reilly

A very good book that explains concepts well and ensures correct nomenclature for concepts. I can recommend it.
